Bespoke Facilitation & Training

I create and deliver fully customised training sessions and interactive workshops designed around your organisation’s precise needs, whether you are looking to strengthen leadership, improve team dynamics, enhance communication, or manage stress and wellbeing.

Rather than off-the-shelf presentations, I work closely with you during an initial discovery call to build a session tailored entirely to your team's context. Drawing on extensive experience across diverse sectors—including work-based learning and apprenticeships, health and social care, education, and commercial environments—my sessions are renowned for being engaging, relevant, and highly interactive.

Learning That Sticks: My background in cognitive psychology ensures that these sessions go far beyond simply standing at the front and talking at people. I design every workshop with optimal encoding and retrieval in mind, equipping your team with practical, evidence-based tools to break old habits, form sustainable new behaviours, and achieve long-term impact.

  • Half-Day Bespoke Workshop: Starting from £250 (dependent on participant numbers)

  • Full-Day Bespoke Workshop: Starting from £400 (dependent on participant numbers)

First Aid for Mental Health (From Mid-January 2027)

As an accredited Nuco instructor, I deliver Ofqual-regulated, RQF-listed FAA qualifications (not just certificates of attendance) to equip workplace teams, managers, and designated first aiders:

  • Level 1: FAA Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (Half-day introductory course)

  • Level 2: FAA Award in First Aid for Mental Health (1-day workplace qualification)

  • Level 3: FAA Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (2-day advanced qualification for managers, HR, and wellbeing leads)

Pricing & Group Size:

  • Pricing provided on request following a consultation (inclusive of official FAA registration, certification, and course manuals per delegate).

  • Maximum Group Size: Up to 16 delegates per course (in line with Nuco/FAA regulatory guidelines).

Principles of Safeguarding (From January 2027):

As an accredited Nuco instructor, I deliver Ofqual-regulated, RQF-listed First Aid Awards (FAA) qualifications mapped directly to statutory KCSIE guidelines and the Care Act 2014 to ensure bulletproof compliance:

  • Level 1: Award in Awareness of Safeguarding (Half-day course covering signs of abuse, disclosure handling, and statutory reporting duties for all staff)

  • Level 3: Award in Principles of Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Young People or Vulnerable Adults (1-day advanced qualification for Deputy DSLs, Pastoral Leads, Care Home Managers, and Welfare Leads)

Pricing & Group Size:

  • Pricing provided on request following a consultation (inclusive of official FAA registration, certification, and course manuals per delegate).

  • Maximum Group Size: Up to 12 delegates per course (in line with Nuco/FAA regulatory guidelines).

Coaching For Professionals

I provide bespoke one-to-one coaching designed to unlock your full potential. Using deep insights from cognitive psychology and neuroscience, I help you create sustainable habit shifts—backed up by structured accountability and signposting tailored to your unique goals.

Pricing:

  • The cost of bespoke individual programmes is discussed and agreed upon following an initial consultation, ensuring your package is perfectly aligned with your personal or professional objectives.

Young People (Ages 14–19)

One-to-one training and coaching that empowers young people with an understanding of how their brain works. By demystifying memory, learning, and emotional regulation, I equip students with the tools they need to build lasting independence, resilience, and motivation.

  • Bespoke 4-Module Package: £280

  • Follow-Up Coaching Sessions: £70 each
